Ramadan, a holy month for persons of the Muslim faith, begins this year approximately on Tuesday, July 9, 2013 and ends on Thursday, August 8, 2013. TSA understands that this is a significant religious event for the Muslim community. TSA has reminded its security workforce that traveling passengers may be observed at various areas in the airport - including security checkpoints or on aircraft - engaged in religious practices and meditations during Ramadan. TSA would also like to inform the traveling public that they may notice passengers who are observing Ramadan engaging in the following activities at the airports:
Passengers observing Ramadan will abstain from any food, water, smoking or vices of any kind.
Passengers observing Ramadan may be more likely to engage in prayer at airports or on airplanes while traveling than at other times during the year.
Before prayer, Muslims go through ablution, i.e., a cleansing or washing of certain areas of the body that is usually done in private if possible, but may be observed in airport restrooms.
Passengers observing Ramadan may be seen reading, listening to or orally reciting the Holy Qur’an at airports and on airplanes.
Passengers observing Ramadan may carry prayer beads and “whisper” prayers constantly.
They will also slaughter thousands of animals inhumanely and dance in their blood. Savages!!!
Why not allow only one way trips?
All this ritualistic nonsense that just goes to boost serotonin levels in the brain. Rather people exercise, take Prozac, anything. Same with all rituals in all religions, but Islam’s the goofiest and worst.

Muslims gain weight during this fake holy month. They eat and drink nothing during the daylight hours. Once the sun sets they pig out. It can be tense in the big cities with lots of smokers on edge....they can’t get their nicotine fix while the sun is shining
Ramadan also sees a higher number of traffic and other accidents due to the muslims not eating during the say (splurging out later ofc).
This story should have come with a barf alert.
How sweet of them to show consideration for a group of cultists. I wonder why they never posted anything like this about Christians or Jews?

I agree with that, but let’s not indict all religions based on the actions of a few.
A religion that views the world as believers, people of the book, or heretics, and further preaches that people belonging to group two should be slaves and those in group three should be dead, is a very dangerous religion, indeed.

Yes. Obviously the posted announcement was edited for PC-ness.
But only after sundown.Observance of "ram a dam" is done during daylight,when killing....even of infidels...is forbidden.
