It’s a mistake to assume that the MB today has the power that it had last week.

The Middle-East has changed.

The MB props up Hamas, and Hamas is in a life or death struggle against Hezbollah and Assad in Syria.

Without Egyptian money and volunteers, Hamas in Syria will be weaker and Assad stronger.

Losing in Egypt and Syria doesn’t put the MB in a position to start a new war.

Which is to say, the MB can’t do much right now inside Egypt.
