S. King doesn’t have to do anything.

If the companies don’t comply the and provide health care as required by law, the employees can sue the company.

They may not have to pay a penalty to the govt for not complying but if they don’t want to get sued they will comply and provide health care.

The Congress has no armed muscle to force a president to do the bidding of the Congress. None. What do you suggest Congress do?

The only time in US history that Congress defied executive power with armed force was in the Reconstruction Act. The US House under Rep. Stevens effectively stripped President Johnson of his title of Commander in Chief.

What should the US House do?
