Now the Obama Administration, through a blog post by an Assistant Secretary in the Treasury Department, is declaring it won’t even enforce its own health care law on employers. We live in a Constitutional Republic. We are a nation governed by laws written by Congress, not memos and blog posts written by bureaucrats,” King said. …

Absolutely. He is not the King who can phone in his edicts from Africa. This should be brought before Congress to see how many Democrats are raring to vote for this disaster again.

This was my FIRST thought when I heard 0bama was delaying this law. He can't just overturn or delay a Federal law simply because he's afraid of how it might impact Democrats in an upcoming election. He overturned Federal Immigration Law in order to appease Hispanics to garner more votes for himself in the 2012 election. This was also an impeachable offense. More egregiously, he's now b!tching and moaning about the need for "immigration reform" AFTER HE HIMSELF OVERTURNED OUR IMMIGRATION LAWS!! A President cannot do these things on a whim, for political gain. When a president overturns, suspends or delays federal laws WITHOUT CONSENT OF CONGRESS..
