It is going to interesting to see how this affects the costs. The delay means no penalties for the employers, which will cause a loss of revenue. At the same time, individuals will be mandated to get insurance or pay a fine. How can they delay the employers’ penalties without impacting the individual mandate?

The delay will apply to the states in which the federal government will administer Exchanges, and makes the requirement optional for state-run Exchanges. The administration cited operational challenges as the reason for the delay.

How can he do that? It is the law.

"L'état, c'est moi!"

Besides, who's gonna stop him? Congress? The Supremes?

Was the start date written into the law? If so they can not change it by regulation

Obama may think he's king but he can't rewrite history!

Have no fear! Our other two branches of government will protect us! Justice Roberts and John Boehner will get right on it! Or not!

He can do - literally - anything he wants.

And he didn't even make the trains run on time.

The SCOTUS didn’t break up the law in their ruling. If he attempts it, I would suspect it goes straight back to the Supremes on a fast track and I have doubts that even Roberts will try a cheap jedi card trick again.

What about all the business who have had to beg, borrow and steal the money for all the expensive software upgrades to deal with ZEROcare on the original timeline?

How can he do that? It is the law.

The law (Constitution) didn't stop little boy king Barry when he made recess appointments to the NLRB and avoided a confirmation fight.

The law has NEVER stopped a RAT.

What about employees who have already sustained damage (had their hours cut) in lost wages?

Let’s give the left a taste of their own medicine, incrementalism! Today we got this train wreck delayed. Now let’s work toward it’s unconditional repeal.
