In before the MORMON “we supported it before we were against it” post. I did see a thread about the LDS statement about gay marriage in passing this week, and can't imagine how they can reconcile being "for" traditional marriage and also "for" admitting "gay children" to scouts. Doesn't compute.

SLC has really put their members who are good Scouters in my area in a really tough spot.
Not that SLC really gave a crap about what their members thought anyway.
Many I’ve talked with are genuinely confused and some are downright angry, but will not criticize the idols in SLC.
