Sorry, I spoke to soon. Here’s a guy that will be asking to marry his couch. The title is, “Hotel worker who had sex with a SOFA gets suspended sentence and porn ban”

Here’s the link to article at Daily Mail:

Then it will depend on how this Congress will reverse everything King Obama and his communists have done. Even then it will take many years. America may not even hold out that long.

It’s not such an onerous job.... killing a bunch of executive orders, and defunding stuff we can’t outright repeal right away once we get back the WH and Senate.

Walker/Cruz ‘16!

Megan Kelly explained it a it better or clearer I think- but is still getting it mixed up statign the reason it wasn’t heard in SC was because gove and state ‘wouldn’t defend prop 8” however, the gov and state NEVER supported prop 8 to my knowledge- it wass the PEOPLER bringing the case tro supreme court, not the state?

She said basically, 1: the peopel voted to ban gay marriage, 2: their vote was challenged at the trial court level, and the peopel lost- prop 8 was overturned, but then 3: the gov and state refused to defend prop 8 so 4: the surpeme court refused to hear the case statign the proper people aren’t here to continue hearign hte case

Meaning- the peopel ghave no right to represent themselves, and that ONLY the ‘proper entities’ (meanign state officials) can brign the case/defend the case

Basically the SC said the state is the only ones who can make rules/laws- the peopel can not- Basically the SC indicated it is agaisnt hte law for the peopel to bring propositions to a vote fro mwhat I understand

First the lies. Then the smiles, then the shooting. The problem with shooting is that often the shooter is being shot at.
Anarchy is non-gang members—people like you and me—shooting and getting shot at.
We all hope it won’t come to that. But do yourself a vanilla flavor: If you don’t have body armor, check out the Atlanta Cutlery Co. website for their clipboards with Level II protection for under $50.00. Better than nothin’.

Next steps the communists will take:

1. continue campaigns in each state to have statutes against homosexual marriage overturned;

2. sue traditional churches for not performing gay marriages and pressure state & local legislatures into revoking the tax-exempt status of these churches, specifically the Catholic Church. As John Marshall warned in 1803, the power to tax is the power to destroy.

3. begin in friendly local jurisdictions (CA, MA, etc.) to have the age of consent for children lowered dramatically. They will tread lightly here at first, since there is still widespread public opposition to child molestation, but once they taste some success, that will go nationwide as well.

My oath was, “I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same” - to the Constitution, not to a government that ignores that document, and my oath had no expiration date.

4: Tell parents htey have no right interfering i ntheir kid’s ‘descisions’ to be gay or sexually active, or oppose anythign they want- oh wait- it’s already happening in NJ

5: Parents will no longer be able to make decisions cocnernign the care their children get- hospitals are to be the sole determinors and hsould a parent object, the parent will be arrested and the children taken away... oh wait, alreadyu happening in several cases where parents wanted secodn opinions but were denied and bullied by hospitals and chuild welfare organizations

6: Parents shall have no say as to what their kids are taught, leavign hte door open for public schools to ram perverted disgusting vile immoral pedophilic teachigns down their throats- oh wait- again, already happening

7: Conservatives shall be abused by powers over them without any way to protect themselves- yep- happenign already

on and on it goes

Our country is VERY quickly devolvign into a sewer pit

I am not suer what Harriet myers and Jhn Roberts have to do with Justice Kennedy. {Bork would look good about now.}

In other news, the arch-conservatives of MASS and CT, who helped defeat Linda McMahon and Scott Brown, are wondering how Lizzy Warren and Blumie and Murphy will vote on the next GOP SCOTUS nominee like Bork or Scalia.

Those that oppose same-sex marriage or homosexuality in general are put in the same group with racists by the liberals. I am afraid that we are only seeing the tip of the iceberg of the animosity the world will hold for those that support traditional marriage. It takes gonads to follow Christ. Marriage in our society is already on the decline, and this decision by SCOTUS will only exacerbate that decline.

[[I foresee some opportunistic people setting up ultimate marriages of convenience.]]

Hell, the supreme court just opened the doro for states to pass ANY marriage laws they wish regardless of what hte peopel want- this means they can pass laws allowing multiple marriages at once, which means a man can marry lots of older women and just wait for the inherritances- it will becoem his ‘job’ marrying olde4r women, or younger women marryign lots of older men

Kennedy has been listening to the Father of Lies, the true enemy of the human race. How tragic.

“The practical impact of dismissing the Prop. 8 case is limited. It leaves the lower court ruling striking down Prop. 8 in place, applying statewide at best. However, the ruling may apply only to couples who directly challenged Prop. 8, or the counties in which they originally made those challenges. The lawyers who defended Prop. 8 said Wednesday that they are committed to seeing that Prop. 8 is enforced in the state.

“We are happy Prop. 8 remains the law of California,” Austin Nimocks, senior counsel with Alliance Defending Freedom, said outside of the court.”

http://www.cbsnews.com/8301-250_162-57591089/supreme-court-strikes-down-key-part-of-doma-dismisses-prop-8-case/

“We have no authority to decide this case on the merits, and neither did the 9th Circuit,” Roberts said, referring to the federal appeals court that also struck down Proposition 8.

ABC News has just reminded us that this is the same "high court that upheld 'healthcare reform' a year ago."

And I'll remind ABC News and the SCOTUS that if they applied their rationale for finding DOMA unconstitutional ....

.... "DOMA is unconstitutional as a deprivation of the equal liberty of persons that is protected by the Fifth Amendment."

... to 0bamacare then they must also find 0bamacare UNCONSTITUTIONAL since it likewise deprives citizens of equal liberty, as protected by the Fifth Amendment. Friends of BHO got exemptions from his TAX, while religious, patriotic, God-fearing, Tea Party, etc. citizens got the shaft.

Gay marriage will eventually lead to the marginalization of those who don’t support it.

And the marginalization means a second class status at best (Jim Crow) and what you suggest as a possibility in the end.

Glenn Beck is suggesting a “civil rights struggle” is at hand.

Indeed, there are some difficult days ahead if this trend continues......

[[The practical impact of dismissing the Prop. 8 case is limited.]]

I strongly dissagree- the fact is that the supreme court once again said the peopel do NOT have a voice- that they aren’t ‘qualified’ to bring propositions to vote- and what the supreme court did by punting hte ball was to indicate that down the road NO state will be able to ‘discriminate against people’s sexual preferecnes’, and anyoen that ries will be rueld agaisnt as hateful- The immoral gay comunity hjas won a major victory because now they get to scream bloody murder everytiem they feel they are ‘discriminated agaisnt’ in ANY state, and they WILL garner sympathy fro mthe courts eventually (of course the moral majority will not be able to claim they are beign discriminated agaisnt by the gay comunity- only the gay community is allowed to scream about discrimination)

[[“We have no authority to decide this case on the merits, and neither did the 9th Circuit,” Roberts said, referring to the federal appeals court that also struck down Proposition 8.]]

Hmmm- so apparently courts have no authority to hear ANY case in which a defendent refuses to show up then- great-

down a path that will ultimately lead to the patriotic, Constitutional, God-fearing, and loyal American citizenry taking the same path our founders took,

The Founders would already be shooting.
