Without us “enemies of the State”, there would be no humans....WE procreate, faggots and dykes are not able to reproduce and indoctrinate their OWN children....they have to take OTHERS’ children, or have an OPPOSITE SEX DONOR, which shows that their whole lifestyle is un-natural.

It took 70 years for the Russians to overthrow the communists, if they ever did; I think the American people as a whole like communism. Jane Fonda said 40 years ago they would like communism if they understood it.

Orrin G. Hatch was the floor leader of the Ginsburg nomination. People in UT are more liberal than they think.

No, spelling creativeness is part of the ambiance of Cottshop’s posts and I would miss it. Carry on, Cottshop, sans checker.

Politics done on the USSC bench.

Great rebuttal in dissent.
This simply underscores the need to change the game in 2014. Grassroots no-holds-barred promotion of the traditional values that founded the Republic.

"it's the right thing to do" is only valid if it agrees with the values and principles of our founding documents.

We can't accept the practice that says, "what is Constitutional is what we say is constitutional."
I haven't read the opinions, and even if I did, I may not be able to follow the liberal justifications for them (if the majority even bothered to reference what part of the Constitution compels the decision made.)

But something just doesn't feel right.

...hostes pervorsus generis

In the context of this debate, I will bear that label with pride.

Well, on the bright side you could say we have all the commies surrounded HERE.... Perry would have probably half of them uprooted out of the various Departments by now but NOOOOOOO

This is an attack on We the People by our government.

It is one thing for a society to elect change; it is another for a court of law to impose change by adjudging those who oppose it hostes humani generis, enemies of the human race.

And all of America's God-fearing children said "AMEN!"

[[I guess you dissagree with Scalia, writing in the majority. And I dissagree with you.]]

Yes I dfo dissagree with that one statement- I ahven’tr read his whole dissent- so there’s no need to imply I dissagree with Scalia’s whole writing- I dissaghree with that one statement for the reasons I posted andm ore- You are free to dissagree, but morality was dealt a severe blow today, as you will witness i nthe neaer future as gays are emblodend by the decision of the SC and the defeat that was handed to the DOMA advocates- and as they go after EVERY single suppsoed ‘discrimination’ they can dream up-

If you don’t agrere- then whatever- there are a number of pundits that are claiming similiar thigns that I’ve brought up- and I think the writign is on the wall

I say liberals are “Enemies of the Human Race” so according to this logic I can start killing them with impunity and no one will have standing to arrest me.

[[I haven’t read the opinions, and even if I did, I may not be able to follow the liberal justifications for them]]

Their ‘justification’ boils down to this “The peopel are not qualified to bring propositions to a vote- ONLY state employees are qualified to ie gov, DA etc- basically what htey are satying is that it doesn’t matter if the state violates the constitution when they ram through a law like NY with hteir unconstitutional gun laws, or Cali’s gay marriage rule- the peopel have no right to brign a proposition to a vote because hte people’s will isn’t a valdi concideration for law apparently

The supreme court basically dropped it back down to the district court’s decision to override the people’s proposition vote because the ‘peopel didn’t have the right representatives their to defend prop 8’ meaning that the peopel didn’t have any state employeees to represent them/ represent/defe3nd prop 8 IE: Sicne hte peopel brought soemthign that they initiated, it was an invalid appeal to the supreme court because only state employees can bring such cases to the SC-

That’s basically how htey’ve been explainign it today

Oh yes, that is correct. If those same men had lived in our era, either we would already be free again...or they would have died trying to make it happen.

I don’t think I can overstate how concerning it is that Scalia’s is often a lonely voice when it should be in the majority, if even needing to be raised from accepted, unspoken understanding. What is to become of the America I was taught about when young?

But if God is king, men have a duty to try, as best they can, to conform their lives to his will and shape society in accordance with his law. Defection and indifferentism are not options open to us. We are commanded to fight.

But how, then, does it avail us to withdraw from politics, to retreat, to give up? Where do we go? What shall we do?

We cannot quit. We can no more walk away from the culture war than we could walk away from the Cold War. For the culture war is at its heart a religious war about whether God or man shall be exalted, whose moral beliefs shall be enshrined in law, and what children shall be taught to value and abhor. With those stakes, to walk away is to ABANDON YOUR POST IN TIME OF WAR.

1999 Patrick J. Buchanan

the PROP 8 case lives on. Scalia was in the majority.

Scalia wrote a dissent in the DOMA case.

Elections have consequences. No Obama, no queer “marriage” victory of any kind for the degenerates. Thanks GW Bush, if you had selected someone that could seceded you and had governed like a conservative instead of a liberal, Comrade Obama would not be president.

Don’t worry. After McCain 2008 and Romney 2012, I’m sure we’ll get someone who meets the highest GOP leadership standards in 2016: Christie, Rubio, or Jeb Bush.

I once watched a PBS documentary on the Roman empire. It was stated that the legal reason the Roman government killed Christians was that they were “the enemy of mankind.”
