It will be interesting to see if the Dems try to include this into the Rubio-Schumer amnesty bill? For Rubio, it was supposed to be a deal breaker. Now the amnesty supporters must decide if gay illegal aliens can sponsor their gay spouses to join them.
I don’t doubt he will do precisely that. If he doesn’t get it he’ll just EO everything privately.
