Keep repeating
THERE IS NO HOMOSEXUAL “AGENDA”
THERE IS NO HOMOSEXUAL “AGENDA”
THERE IS NO HOMOSEXUAL “AGENDA”
THERE IS NO HOMOSEXUAL “AGENDA”

That’s what the liberal activists tried to claim when Rick Santorum spoke of the “slippery slope” in the wake of the Supreme Court decision protecting homosexuality as an afflicted behavior.

The fact that they pushed for same sex marriage (because their love should not be denied), same sex divorce (because they should not be forced to be in a relationship with someone they hate), same sex adoption (because a child does not need to consent to be brought up in an alternative lifestyle home of consenting adults), gay scout leaders, et al.... just a coincidence. Really...

Next time you’re tempted to dump on Californie for never getting it right, remember that when we do it gets struck down anyway. This is the third time I can remember.

“Conservatives would understand the federal government has no jurisdiction over marriage”

What’s your brilliant plan for spousal visas?

Santorum’s been proven right every time.

Now, I wonder if all the folks here are happy having King O over President Santorum.

Ergo the Federal Govt cannot deny "equal protection" 2nd Amendment Rights of gun owners regardless of where your reside or what type of gun you own.

Agreed. And also, if it is the Court's rationale that ...

.... "DOMA is unconstitutional as a deprivation of the equal liberty of persons that is protected by the Fifth Amendment."

Then, 0bamacare MUST also now be declared as UNCONSTITUTIONAL since it likewise deprives citizens of equal liberty as protected by the Fifth Amendment. Friends of BHO got exemptions from his TAX, while religious, patriotic, God-fearing, Tea Party, etc. citizens got the shaft.

Screw it. Let them have the benefits, it will bankrupt the welfare state faster. I’m beginning to think that Clovard-Piven inadvertently handed us the only viable strategy to kill off the welfare state. We’ve tried pretty much everything else.

Not exactly shocked by either decision. Marriage has been something that is of state concern.

While I don’t like the expansion of the welfare state, this is probably a “correct” decision from a Federalist standpoint.

Unfortunately, the next logical step will be for Tadd and Todd to move from a “gay” state to a “non-gay” state and try to file a joint return there claiming the Full Faith and Credit clause of the Constitution. Obama’s IRS should reject.

Spousal visas aren’t my problem.

Cling to government involvement in your marriage, don’t be surprised with the forcible threesome when you get it.

If some state recognizes polygamy, then the feds must pony up the benefits. Anything goes.

What a degenerate cesspool America has become. Throughout the years, I always took the stand that I would have given my life fighting for my country. Not this faggotized sewer of Homo-America. It’s not worth lifting a finger to preserve.

What you said! The queers and Marxists have taken over.

What you say is so true...let’s extend the logic of today’s thinking: Identity is now anything you want yourself to be. A man can now declare himself to be a male lesbian (woman trapped inside a man’s body that likes other women) and reap all the Federal/Liberal benefits - and sue anyone who gets in the way - and $$$WIN !

I am unclear as to what has actually been decided. If states have a prohibition against gay marriage, can the Feds rule those laws null and void once they are challenged in the courts?

You surely don't imagine that the Feds would step in and force churches to "recognize," so-called gay marriages, if it's left up to churches to define marriage, do you?

That's next on the agenda, by the way.

Soon believers will be meeting in "secret house" churches to avoid arrest, if they refuse to recognize and perform ceremonies for sodomites.

Sodomites and their cheerleaders will force all to "believe" as they do, or at least be silent on the issue.
