Forbes has estimated her net worth at $17 million. Then she needs to disappear quietly, and quit licking her fingers while preparing food.

Actually, I think this affair will contribute to her popularity.

Well, I'm torn. Yeah, she's a Dem and has had the big butt Moochelle on her show (and Carter). But she MADE the Food Network and they nazified her into doing more "healthy" foods (which isn't what people tune in to see). I like Paula, and enjoyed her show. I've eaten at her Savannah restaurant.
But this goes to show that if you lie down with the Pillsbury Dough Boy, you're liable to wake up with crumbs.

I believe you’re right. She cried and seems to have the right amount of regret.
On that note, I regret the wasted hours I waited in line to eat at her restaurant.
To: LS
I’ve also eaten at her Savannah restaurant. It was delicious but made me sick as a dog (too rich for my blood).

I wonder what is really behind this bru-haha. Saying something racist 30-40 years ago does not seem like the real reason Food Net Work fired her. I can’t help believe there is more to it, maybe she is just not a very nice person to do business with.
What is up with the law suit of discrimination? The “White” employee filed the charge, why?
Guess I am wearing the tin foil hat, none of this makes sense.
We had a senator in office who was an officer in the KKK.
he was never fired, or even criticized.

She's a Democrat and supported Obama. I don't care if her breasts fall off and she develops buboes all over her body. I won't eat at her restaurants...(avoid the one at Harrahs like the plague) and may she receive her just rewards while being hoisted upon her own petard. I see Obama, Holder, and Oprah have come to her aid and defense..cough, cough...

As an obama supporter she’s getting exactly what she asked for.

I would have thought she was worth more. Not that 17 million is anything to sneeze at!
I will not allow food Nazis and language Nazis to tell me who I can watch and whose cookbooks I can buy. They can go to hell as far as I’m concerned. Paula will get picked up by another cable network - if they’re smart.
P.S.: I wandered around two supermarkets yesterday looking for her magazine and couldn’t find it. What’s up with that?
To: LS
IIRC , it was Emeril that made the FN .
To: onedoug
I didn’t know she was an Obama supporter. She just took at big drop in popularity at my house.

I lay this at the feet of the “respectable” conservatives, they simply authenticate these sort of anti-white pogroms the left relies on for their program of totalitarian socialism. It should be obvious to anyone who dares think that the dogmas of “anti-racism” are nothing more than anti-white. Anti-whitism the new anti-semetism.

The timing of the breaking of this story is oddly coincidental to the opening of the Zimmerman trial IMO.
