Former Florida governor Jeb Bush is still nursing presidential aspirations, despite Republican unease about the comprehensive immigration reform he whole-heartedly supports, after losing an argument with himself and immediately backpedaling from a book he had only just published.
Bush chose to deal with this unease by attacking the uneasy, referring to them as chirpers in a CBN interview following his appearance before the Faith and Freedom Coalition. I will be able to, I think, manage my way through all the chirpers out there, he said, apparently playing off Senator John McCains reference to his conservative colleagues Ted Cruz, Rand Paul, and Mike Lee as wacko birds.

Conservatives = BAD
Severely Fertile Illegal Aliens = GOOD
Stay out da Bushes!
He’s correct. The number of conservatives in the Republican Party is few, and are but a small, distant voice to them. That is the sad truth in this...
The unwashed masses are such a bother to the ruling-class elite.
Hey Jeb...why don't you join the rest of the shrubs and just go the hell away.
NO MORE RINOS!(especially the shrub types)
Better a Chirper than a GOPe Jive Turkey.
Meh.
I won’t vote for him.
Not even against Hitlery.
Maybe it’s better that they turn up the heat all at once, like the demonRATS will, than to slowly cook us like the RINOs will.
So his next speech in the Tampa area I’ll sit out in the audience and chirp.
Maybe get a load of baby chickens and deliver them to his office.
I’m afraid though that the Republican primary voters will back Jebbie because they have “heard of him”, he is a Bush, and he “is qualified.” Of course those voters are to gullible to be deciding anything, but anything goes now.
Jeb is the epitome of arrogance.
FUJB!
” I wont vote for him.
Not even against Hitlery.”
Jeb doesn’t care. His job is to destroy our sovereignty, just like W.
I wish there were some true conservatives out there with big bucks who will start an advertising campaign against Jeb Bush. He should be taken out or severely damaged BEFORE the Iowa Caucus and the primaries begin. If he goes into the primaries with a crowded GOP field he could be the last one standing, just like Romney. He has to be stopped.
Hope you all spee sponish....
The Bush family are the anti-Reagan.
Not just that, but we saw with McCain that if the primary goes a certain way, you only have to have a certain percentage to win.
Crazy to go back to that well, on about 5 levels.
Well, he and his wife must be good conservatives. They’ve only got three. And of those three, only 1 has a child (and only one child) that I can tell.
Of small things I guess I should be thankful.
Stay out da bushes.
Jen is working hard to end up on the ash heap of history.
Until the Republicans straighten out their primary system, we’ll continue to have candidates like this for national office.
