Rep. Jeff Duncan Agrees Congress Should Investigate Obama's 'Phony Identification Papers'
TruNews ^ | June 17, 2013

Rep. Jeff Duncan, who is the chairman of the House Homeland Security Oversight Subcommittee, agreed with host Rick Wiles from TruNews in a radio interview Friday that it is time for a new investigation into Obama's validity. Here is the transcript of what was said:

WILES: While you guys are rounding up and deporting the illegal immigrants, any chance the House may actually pursue Barack Obama’s phony identification papers? That’s the original scandal, congressman.

DUNCAN: People should have voted against him in November. I’m afraid that that wouldn’t get to the Supreme Court where it ought to get.

WILES: But if we know they’re lying about all these other things, why not go back and say, “well maybe the first scandal was a lie, too?”

DUNCAN: There you go. I’m all with you. Let’s go back and revisit some of these things because Americans have questions about not only the IRS scandal but also about the president’s validity.

Yes he should. This is the highest form of a national security breach we are talking about.

Somehow the House Homeland Security Oversight Subcommittee does not translate into the Homeland security committee, and if I'm right ... we're being SO duped by the clever use of words.

I think it was John Kennedy that was asked about whom should they get to replace a cabinet member and he replied, "I don't care .. just get me someone that reads"

And here comes the ridicule from senior reporter Scott Keyes from ‘ThinkProgress’.

http://thinkprogress.org/politics/2013/06/17/2169751/jeff-duncan-birther/?mobile=nc

Another Republican is accusing President Obama of secretly being a Kenyan man who forged his birth certificate in order to get elected President of the United States. This time the theorist is Rep. Jeff Duncan (R-SC), chairman of the House Homeland Security Oversight Subcommittee.

snip~

Other prominent Republican birthers include Florida Gov. Rick Scott (R), Louisiana Gov. Bobby Jindal (R), former Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee (R), and Reps. Steve King (R-IA), Richard Hudson (R-NC), Mike Coffman (R-CO), and Cathy McMorris Rodgers (R-WA).

At this point, the birther conspiracy is so thoroughly debunked that Republicans could accuse Obama of secretly being a Snorlax and it would be no less credible than accusing him of being a modern-day Manchurian candidate.

In his three years in Congress, Duncan has developed a reputation for controversial statements. He has invoked other conspiracy theories peddled on websites like the Drudge Report, falsely claimed that he didn’t vote to extend big oil subsidies, and warned that background checks will lead to Rwandan-like genocide in the United States.

Whatever was used to allow Obama and/or his handlers to get away with perjury, forgery, and the treason of deliberately taking an oath to uphold the Constitution they knew they were undermining in the very taking of the oath... was big enough to undo all the protections of the Constitution and the system set up under it. This is no small lie. And it was done for no small reason. The corruption, the threats, the crimes that have proceeded from Obama and his regime were first used BY SOMEBODY to get him into office.

It’s way past time we roll back the curtain and find out who that SOMEBODY was, who effected this coup. It IS a national security issue. We the people have a right to know who owns the criminal who holds this nation and all its people hostage.

Is POTUS the only position in the U.S. for which you don’t have to show I.D.?

Butter, with all the phones and computers being tapped by the Obama Administration, it’s easy to see how they can be one step ahead of everyone investigating his documents. I guarantee members of the Cold Case Posse’s communications have been monitored since day one.

It seems to me that what has been exposed in the Snowden fiasco/controversy is that some where in all that data manipulation there must be the possibility of ferreting out a lot of info on Obama. Perhaps this might be one reason it was so important to keep what was going on from the people of the USA.

Headline at Breitbart 6/17/13: “SCOTUS: States Can’t Require Proof of Citizenship to Vote in Federal Elections.”

What do you want to bet that if 0bama eligibility ever got to the Supreme Court, they’d use this ruling to say his eligibility can’t be challenged because you can’t require proof of citizenship to vote (or run) in Federal Elections.

Somebody stole some emails that I sent to Mike Zullo. I had to send them to a 3rd party and have him forward them, in order to get them to Mike. An IT-professor friend told me that could only happen at the Homeland Security level.

I KNOW they are messing with the investigation. I have experienced it personally. Add obstruction of justice to the list of crimes by this regime, on this issue alone.

Nope. That also applies to "voter".

"This is no small lie. And it was done for no small reason."

R.E.P.A.R.A.T.I.O.N.S.

There, I said it. The need for "racial healing" was/is apparently important enough to throw the Constitution and the Rule of Law under the bus.

One law that appears to still be fully in operation is the Law of Unintended Consequences. . .

And yet Obama has created for more racial division. Just wait and see what Obama does if Zimmerman is found ‘not guilty’ for killing a boy that could have been his son.

Mr. Duncan, are you speaking about House action when you state, Let’s go back and revisit some of these things because Americans have questions about...the president’s validity.?

If so, given the substantial pre-election public outcry over the candidates lack of any record or evidence suggesting he was eligible to run for the office, can you tell us on what date the House first visited the president's validity?
