Irrelevance - she’s doin’ it wrong.
Joan Walsh is a classic case of projection. She views everything in racial terms so she assumes that everyone else does too. Walsh also takes a maternal approach to black Americans who she feels need her help. In a way it’s demeaning, but in her warped mind it’s the moral thing and anyone who takes a different position is immoral and racist.
Liberals are always complaining about white racists in the Republican party. Sure there may be some, but let’s be honest — there’s a higher percentage of anti-white racists in the Democrat Party. Democrats continue to support discriminatory anti-white Affirmative Action and minority contract laws and seem prepared to do so into infinity. Democrat anti-white racism is becoming more mainstream on news outlets like MSNBC. And perhaps most troubling is that we’re seeing an increase of anti-white attacks in the street from people who very likely support Obama.
Liberal hacks like Joan Walsh don’t mention the above in their screeds against racism, though, because in their warped minds all of the above is justified or cannot be discussed in polite Liberal company.
