The Official Lazamataz Sometimes-Funny, Sometimes-Disturbing Ping List
200 Satisfied Customers!™

This is a somewhat speculative editorial, but it is based on inferences from the numbers in the two elections, as well as the now-known tendency of the Obama Administration to willfully engage in scandalous actions.

This one must be uncovered.

It won't be uncovered by the complicit media, and the Republicans don't appear to have the will to do anything about it, so...

The answer is simple:
The Conservative base no-showed and the Low Information Voter® crowd did show.

Not only that, but why were there entire precincts that went for Obama with not a single Romney vote? Not ONE? And why were there precincts that reported 105% votes counted of the total number of voters? And as long as we’re on “why” questions, why didn’t Romney refuse to concede until this was resolved ... and WHY didn’t the GOP loudly demand an investigation? (Never mind the last question ... /rhetorical)

“I shall quiz you, dear reader: What was the single most surprising event of 2012, politically?”

Answer: Millions of Republicans and conservatives who spent their lives opposing lesser evils of the kind the GOP is famous for, suddenly going 180 and embracing them.

We see the result of that mistake in the current willingness of the GOP to go even FURTHER left and embrace GREATER evils.

Hey, they sold people on the lesser. Why not believe they would buy the greater? After all, Dems are worse right?

I think I was waitlisted when I asked to be on your ping list a while back.

Can you let me know when the slot opens up?

Thanks

Homeskillet could eat two live puppies on National TV
while cooking up some rock and beating live cracker babies.

The “polls” would barely flex a muscle.

Solid analysis there, Laz.

The only question I have now is, did the GOPe know what was going on and allow it to happen, because deep down inside the power elite are down with the whole Statist thing.

I'm tired of writing their constant failure off to stupidity.

The election was anticipated to be a squeeker, and it was STOLEN.

And they’re relying on our Good Sportmanship to get away with it.

Democrats make their money by controlling the government. Would they cheat to win elections? Of course. In order to cheat and win national elections requires a HUGE number of accomplices. We just have to shame a few of them to come forward. But Democrats have no shame. Well, maybe we can outbid the Democrats. Maybe money can open some mouths.

>>Nonetheless, the most troubling aspect of the election is the disappearing Republican votes. <<

I see the losses due to 2 things:

1) Bush’s complete inability to defend himself. An attack unaddressed is taken as true. From Iraq being an “unnecessary war” to his reaction to Katrina (which was a lot more quick and effective than the reaction to Sandy), he took the “high road” and let the MSM write the narrative, which led to the meme that Republicans don’t like minorities. That was the difference in 2008 and to some extent 2012.

2) You are right about disappearing Republican votes in 2012 — but although some were the result of criminal acts of fraud by the left and their MSM cohorts.

But the LARGER number of disappearing R votes was the worm-eaters who decided that it was better to have an extreme leftist dictator (which is what we got), than someone who was squishy in the middle and could not pass the “are you Conservative enough?” test. If Romney ONLY killed obozocare we would be 10000% times better off. It will take GENERATIONS to kill it now that it has drawn breath. The ONE time we should have supported abortion: for that bill, and we blew it.

Out of pique.

I smelled a rat when BHO won due to the looooong lines of people waiting to vote. Much bigger turn out than 2008 yet the numbers don’t support what I saw with my own two eyes.

I think we are seeing exactly what 0bama meant when he told Medvedev he would have mor flexibility after the election He knew the fix was in, and since he didn’t have to run for office again, it was time for the all-out assault on our liberties. All of this is designed to destroy political opposition and usher in the perpetual one party state. It’s what all good communists do.

He no longer recognizes any restraints.

I voted at roughly the same time in both elections. In 2008 I was about 40th in line and the turnout was roughly 50% Caucasian. In 2012 I was 10th in line and it was 80% Caucasian. I live in a small city in Virginia which was considered almost purple in 2012.

Its not just Obama. Hillary is in the mix. Hillary went to Mexico claiming that the guns going there came from here before Fast and Furious was in the public eye to shape anti 2nd Amendment opinion.
