A Texas high school principal threatened to sabotage a valedictorians appointment to the U.S. Naval Academy after the student delivered a speech that referenced God and the U.S. Constitution, the boys attorney alleges. Hiram Sasser, director of litigation with the Liberty Institute, said Joshua High School principal Mick Cochran threatened to write a letter to the U.S. Naval Academy disparaging the character of Remington Reimer. It was intimidating having my high school principal threaten my future because I wanted to stand up for the Constitution and

Probably the mug shot from his sexual misconduct arrest.....
Of course legally. But NOT, in any circumstances, constitutionally!!!
Let the punishment fit.
You and me both Skeeter.
This has been settled. The letter was not written because they knew they would get sued if they did it.
He ought to sue this little tinpot dictator for merely threatening him for exercising his First Amendment Rights.
Where is the school board on this? Where is the superintendent?
Oh yeah, right, the school board hired them and the stupid citizens elected them. Usually the school board is a bunch of “civic leader” good old boys more interested in foot ball than education.
Perfect.
Hiram Sasser = the kids lawyer
Mick Cochran = High School principal <- get mad at this guy
Just to clarify before you get mad at the wrong guy ;)
Imagine if the student had said anything about gays and marriage? He’d be rotting in the school jail (I assume this tyrant maintains a jail - he’d HAVE to!)
If he succeeds, I’m sure that this dork’s home address will somehow magically appear on the net.
And hopefully, the USNA administration has not been totally taken over by Obamaholes...although the Navy appears to have the lead in becoming a military organization pledged to support the president in lieu of the constitution.
After all, one USNA grad is equal to a min of 100 Columbia grads, at least 10 Harvard Law grads, and more than the sum total of all congresscritters.
“pitchforks and torches”
I have the pitchforks and torch franchise in my area...
More accurate picture of the principal ...
The more I think of it the questions arises: Why is this principal still clothed?
The guy seriously looks stoned. Doesn’t the school district require drug testing? This guy needs it.
[[An attempt to disparage the character of a graduation speech because it mentioned the Constitution will doubtlessly disparage character - the character of the commie educrat who wrote the letter.]]
First of all, thjis is blatant unabashed discrimination based on religion- secondly, this priniciple is deliberately tryign to ruin this kids chance and to sully his name- Not sure if it’s slander, but it sure seems to be- Me thinks this kid needs to tack on a VERY large amount for pain and suffering to his lawsuit and the principle shoudl be charged with slander and or character assassination
Cochran is the worst type of low life. May he meet a very angry TEXAN over this that delivers on him John Wayne Counseling session.
Public government school employees...
