Climate Models Predict Heat That Hasn't Occurred (hoax still a mystery to climate scientists)

Climate Change: The New York Times is wondering, as are other mainstream media outlets, "What to Make of a Warming Plateau." If the media had a more critical eye, they'd see what they've been expecting is wrong.

The Times reported Monday that "The rise in the surface temperature of earth has been markedly slower over the last 15 years than in the 20 years before that. And that lull in warming has occurred even as greenhouse gases have accumulated in the atmosphere at a record pace."

The reporter admits the break in temperature increases "highlights important gaps in our knowledge of the climate system" and says the lack of warming "is a bit of a mystery to climate scientists."

Just because they’ve been proven wrong they are obviously not wrong. I’m trying to keep up here.

Only “true believers” could claim a mystery still.

Every consensus scientist knows that if the observations/data don't conform with your theory, there must be something wrong with the observations/data.

Simpler than that. Just because they’ve been proven wrong doesn’t necessarily mean they’re wrong. HUH? Hard to keep up I know. Stupid polar bears not dyin’ off like they were supposed to. Dang!

While it's true that the scientific community is skeptical of the alarmist claims, the celebrity community is convinced. Come on, we're talking Oprah and Clooney and Baldwin here. Who cares what a bunch of boring scientists think?

Not too long ago I read that scientists are changing their minds. How can that be possible?

The NYT piece was posted yesterday and it's a real hoot. They admit there has been almost no warming in the last 15 years, unless that fact is being used to try to disprove the AGW hypothesis, in which case they won't admit it.

Then they claim the theory must be right, so there must be a lot of heat hiding someplace, like in the oceans. Or not. Come out, come out, wherever you are!

The LEFT has been trying to blame the warming that has been occurring naturally since the last ice age on man (CO2) for the last 30 years or so. When the emails exposed the fraud in their data it was all over. Many CLINGERS are still hanging around hoping for a revival of their religion. IT AIN’T GONNA HAPPEN.

Second Coldest March/April On Record In The US>

This summer could be the coldest since 1816 in Europe>

Coldest Spring On Record?

UK Suffers Coldest March in 50 Years, Global Warming to Blame (LOL)

Spring ’13 so far one of coldest

Global warming is BS. Weather patterns change frequently. Sometimes it's warmer, sometimes it's colder, sometimes it average. Hurricaines and tornadoes have been with us forever. Some years they're bad, some years they're not so bad. Some years they're really bad. life always goes on regardless.

This so reminds me of the story about the man whose wife thinks she’s a chicken. “Well, why don’t you take her to a psychiatrist?” someone asks. “I can’t,” replies the man. “We need the eggs.”

It doesn’t mater what data you put in the global warming model you always get hotter in a few years but real data disagrees.

proof that programming a model to fit your agenda with hockey stick data, doesn't work with real data...

It looks to me like when they are close to being found out then they adjust their latest "theory", which then takes additional effort to refute. Their pipe dreams aren't always easily falsifiable and yet they have the presumptuous arrogance to dictate how our tax money should be spent on their whims and grants. Me, I'd rather get the government out of the grant business, completely.

One theory of the “missing heat” states that as a component of the greenhouse effect rising levels of CO2 reach a saturation point after which increases of CO2 in the atmosphere no longer retain heat. This is illustrated on a graph at link:
