From Tea Party Member to Persecuted Political Activist. (Vanity!)

There is a growing body of hard evidence that bureaucrats of many agencies of the U.S. Government have been using their authority for several years to harass, intimidate, and persecute citizens because of their political beliefs. This is not new because we have seen over and again how fascists, communists, and Islamists have used their governments in like manner. People who are being persecuted for their political beliefs have a name - POLITICAL DISSIDENTS!

Henceforth, citizens who are the targets of adverse civil or criminal actions by the United States Government because of their political beliefs have the right to oppose those adverse actions on the grounds that they are being persecuted because they are political dissidents. And they have a right to reject and oppose all judges appointed by Obama and they have a right as political dissidents to challenge all adverse rulings by those judges. All adverse decisions depriving political dissidents of their rights, their freedom or their property are null and void. The stooges and puppets of Obama in the Federal Courts have long ago ceded their rightful place in society as neutral arbiters of justice.

People being persecuted as political dissidents have the right to request political asylum around the world. They have the right to request investigations by Amnesty International, and by officials of the United Nations. They have the right to have sanctuary in the churches, and they have the right to establish sanctuary cities. Further, if in the course of an adverse civil or criminal action by the United States Government, a political dissident is killed, injured, or driven to suicide, it shall be deemed as a “crime against humanity,” and those Federal, State and local officials involved shall be tried in the manner that German and Japanese officials were tried after the conclusion of WWII.

Military and police officials pay heed here! The excuse of "only following orders" should be uppermost in your minds if you are being directed to attack political dissidents!

Our laws are bad enough. We have hundreds of them
Our laws were made by elected politicians. If we don’t like our laws we can elect new politicians ostensibly. It really doesn’t work that way but it’s supposed to.

But worse than the laws are the regulations: Made up by a Bureaucrat who wasn’t elected and whose feet are in concrete, because of American Civil Service laws. Hundreds of laws THOUSANDS of regulations. Regulations made up by some Agency or person in that agency to match their own personal agenda. When you hire liberals you get the liberals regulating the regulations. When you elect an asshole like Barrack Obama and he appoints his cronies as those regulators or when you elect another dipstick like George Bush who was too “nice” or “chicken” to fire the regulators another liberal like Bill Clinton appointed you have an problem compounded.

Compounded a hundred fold.

It would be interesting to conduct mock trials of such abusers, who could face prosecution if there was an honest Justice Department. Just consider:

The trial of Kathleen Sibelius.
The trial of Lisa P. Jackson (EPA).
The trial of Attorney General Eric Holder.
The trial of Timothy Geithner (former Treasurer).
The trial of Janet Napolitano (DHS).
The trial of Hilda Solis (former Labor Dept.)
The trial of Ben Bernanke (FED).
The trial of Douglas H. Shulman and Steven T. Miller (former IRS).

etc.
