naw, it was going out no matter what ~ but none of the other decisions gave the Republicans a chance to FIX the problem with 51 votes in the Senate.

Roberts, and several others, don't believe the Supreme Court should be used to rewrite legislation ~ that that is Congress' job.

Unfortunately the GOP-e decided we should run our weakest possible candidate for President..........
