This BS needs to go to SCOTUS. It's based on a complete fraud. Hat tip El Gato! We're still waiting for justice in the Fast and Furious travesty.
Bump and Dittos
Just fill out the form and send it in saying you sold 500 AR’s to Eric Holder.
Holder First!
TT
What goes on in Arizona is none of the business of three black robed morons in Washington D.C. This is BS.
Are they trying to track Eric Holder’s straw man purchases for the drug cartels?
Why This Scandal Is Different We're all sinners in this life. The IRS must be abolished.
Some noteworthy articles about politics, foreign or military affairs, IMHO, FReepmail me if you want on or off my list.
The DC circuit gets a lot of critical cases and Obama’s been working to pack that court. It’s a lynchpin court.
Thanks for the post/ping. Thread BUMP! The goose-step toward totalitarianism continues.
“Sometimes the law defends plunder [totalitarianism] and participates in it. Thus the beneficiaries are spared the shame, danger, and scruple which their acts would otherwise involve. Sometimes the law places the whole apparatus of judges, police, prisons, and gendarmes at the service of the plunderers [totalitarians], and treats the victim when he defends himself as a criminal.” - The Law; Frederic Bastiat 1801-1850

And yet,as everyone else here agrees, any true documentation from the DoJ’s Fast And Furious operation is still held back...
But in the end, the border states’ dealers will comply without a fight...
This will all go away, and the new norm will make this a moot story for the rest of our lives...
They don’t worry too much about drugs and humans flowing from Mexico to the U.S. but worry about guns going to Mexico. This is BS. This is about gun control pure and simple. 4 states will become 8 states until all 50 have the same rules.
This is 100% about incrementalism.
I wonder if anyone at the WSJ has ever READ THE CONSTITUTION?? And if so maybe they could explain how an “Inferior Court” to the United States Supreme Court has ANY jurisdiction at all when “A State” is a party to the action?? My copy of the US Constitution says otherwise.
