When is Dolan going to officially excommunicate At one time I believed in him as one to finally do something about rogue Catholic pols. But I have lost all confidence in him. Like many "hats" he is no more than a religious politician. That's why many Catholic institutions in NY are paying for contraception and abortion "under protest". Yeah...right.
Very disappointing.
