No, the Fair Tax is the closest to best; but there’s some tweaks to be made. (no prebate, no 23% [too high])

NO mandatory/slavery tax, no ‘loopholes’, nothing that keeps the IRS/16th alive

What we have today has been a 100 yr. FAILURE that flies in the face of Freedom and Liberty.

IMO, the Fair tax is a POS — far better would be a flat-rate [10% would be EASY and put the whole tax preparer industry out of business! :)], no exemption, no deduction, no credit, no rebate, no withholding system.

yes, a 100 year failure full of abuse and malfeasance.

Add to the list of equals... Social Security, Medicare, Medicade and obastard care.

Oh, and the Patriot act not being sun setted like it should be. It gave us DHS. Too much power in one place.
