I nailed it on Sunday! Everything came together in one of those rare grillage triumphs. Sauce was right, meat was cooked through but tender and juicy and the glaze caramelized perfectly with almost no burning. I have set a new bar to clear for all future BBQs.

This has got to be the coolest spring I can remember. I'd like to chain Algore to a tree out by the garden for a night and let him experience some Glowbull Warming.
