I believe personally to single that particular issue as the main cause of the risk is self serving, and possibly diversionary for the ILO.
IMO the main cause for social unrest in Europe would be Islamic aggression, but then I shouldn’t expect that issue to be addressed by the ILO should I.
Sweden was listed as declining social unrest risk just days and perhaps hours after massive civil conflict burning the place down.
Unrest is a euphemism for civil conflict. Unrest is a state of prewar.
I’ll go with both. Your assessment is the tinder. They wait for the opportunity to do as much harm in the name of their god as possible. Reuters’ sees only the spark that will set it all afire.
