Didnt two brothers set off two bombs in boston recently? These same two brothers were loosely tied to a chechen affiliate to al qaeda?
May I am misinterpreting the official statement. Maybe it should be read, the state dept. Has asked the cia created group of radical islamists known as al qaeda to please refrain from actively persuing any operations in the western hemisphere at this time.

Isn't the current head of the State Department (John Kerry) the one who said, "There are no POWs left in prison in North Vietnam."
IIRC, he and McCain signed a document to that effect, after being taken on a tour of potential REAL ESTATE sites (or..eh... former prison camps) that Kerry's relative ended up controlling ?
