Yes, I watched the show being mentioned and it simply really put a bad light on the family of Travon, also the man who is a supposed attorney wasn’t very well spoken and would be a poor choice for a representative I think.

The cell ping logs for that night would show Zimmerman’s and Martin’s movements relative to each other and shut this chattering class up about Zimmerman following Martin.

The facts remain unaltered as they were on the very day of the event, there is absolutely no evidence, none, zero evidence of guilt of Zimmerman.

This is not a question of guilt beyond a reasonable doubt, this is a question of no evidence of any guilt whatsoever. That this case has gone this far is repugnant to the American ideal of due process and it is an indictment, not just the demagogic racists like Rev. Al and NBC who doctor evidence to fix a criminal trial, but of the governor, the special prosecutor, and the judge and other authorities who cravenly pandered to racists.

It is my fervent hope that after his acquittal, Zimmerman will be successful in his suit for deprivation of civil rights to be brought against several authorities in Florida and his suit for libel against NBC to the tune of tens of millions of dollars.

It's a common tactic of the mainly Dem. controlled city and county govts. to use the criminal court system as a way of avoiding or lessening their civil liability in cases involving abusive police.

The prosecuting attorney's take on a dual role, not only as prosecuting attorney but also as defense council for the civil case files against the police and the city govt.

The criminal trial is used to establish a defense for the pending civil trial called “the good faith, probable cause, honest mistake, plausible denial” defense.

It appears the prosecution is pursuing this case simply to try and avoid or lessen any civil liability for false arrest.

MSNBC appears to be piggy backing on what the prosecution is doing to avoid or lesson it's civil liability.
