Well, that’s a relief. I mean, if you can’t trust Eric Holder, who CAN you trust?

The only protection the First Amendment has is the Second Amendment.

Lyin' bag o' bull snot.
Seeing Holder frog marched into a cell would be the second best sight I can imagine.
How this crook/thug/punk has enjoyed a years long association with the DOJ given his casual disregard of the law is a wonder to me.

Good afternoon guy. I hope you are doing well.
Yesterday, Attorney General Eric Holder pledged to protect the first amendment rights of the media at a closed door, off-the-record meeting.
What about the First amendment rights of all the rest of America?
Like you said Jim, the Founders would have been shooting already.

Other than being Jewish, i wonder if Rosens parents have any particular ties to pro-Israel groups.
IOW if this First Amendment scandal and the IRS targeting conservative and Pro-Israel groups are intertwined...

Was this stated in the secret meeting the press wasn't allowed to quote or even speak directly about? And if they didn't attend they "forfeited" the right to complain?

I do NOT trust this man, since the day that he was outed for his prior-to-being-appointed anti-2A statements. He is a Communist, and should be afforded all the love deserving such.
To: Jim Robinson
The first amendment is a restraint on gov’t, so you already blew it.

For one thing, who leaked this information? It was supposed to be an off the record meeting. Holder should try to prosecute them.
Oh, and... he needed an off the record meeting to say he would defend the first amendment?

To: Jim Robinson
Well, you have to understand, the First Amendment only protects hand-operated printing presses, hand-written communications, and direct voice communication.
The First Amendment doesn’t cover electronic or broadcast communications in any form, as the Founders could have NEVER dreamed of such things.
