Interesting how this plays juxtaposed against x-Senator Dick Durbin (AKA, “Turban” and “Dustbin”) and his release concerning bloggers not being protected by the 1st Amendment because they aren’t really journalists.
Could this be pandering to the old-media to save their caste? Will on-line bloggers be subject to IRS and DOJ actions because they aren’t, really, journalists (as the gummint defines journalists)?
Very, very interesting. Is there a web being weaved? I think bloggers need to look at connecting the dots.

More news that convinces me there will never be a middle ground. The people will (as the are pretty much doing now) completely capitulate or they will rebel in a serious fashion. Sadly, I expect the former rather than the latter.

Thereafter, they should compose a detailed record of the off-the-record meeting...
... and then leak it to EVERYONE who did not attend the meeting, and thus who can publish it.
