Howdy Miss M..BTW..was gonna FReepmail you..I made the sweet potato bread pudding with whiskey hard sauce this weekend...just awesome, delicious...YUM!!!....I must however confess that in in keeping with the spirit of your website, I used Southern Comfort..and I do need to go see my eye doctor, because I could SWEAR your recipe called for a quarter-cup, instead of a tablespoon...oopsie!!
