HACKENSACK, N.J. (AP) A sister of the two Boston Marathon bombing suspects is facing a drug charge in New Jersey.
Bella Tsarnaeva pleaded not guilty Tuesday to possession of marijuana with intent to distribute.
Attorney Mario Blanch says Tsarnaeva was arrested in December when police responded to a domestic violence report at her Fairview, N.J., apartment.
Her boyfriend, Ahmad Khalil, faces the same charge and also pleaded not guilty.

This family has more members than the James Gang. What next?
Was she also awarded citizenship on 9/11? And needs to deal marijuana because food stamps aren’t enough?
Sounds like one of Obama’s daughters.
It sounds like they’ve “assimilated” anyway. Got to love that “diversity” and “multiculturalism”. America has gone from “melting pots” to pressure cookers.
“He got weed! He got weed! Wait, what are you arresting me for?!”
why are these dirt bags still in the US?
A million Poles, Coptic Christians, Cubans, you name it, we could have brought in and who could have made real contributions to this society. Instead, what did we bring in? Oy, vey!
Disgraced the family?
Did anybody in this family ever hold down a job and contributed to society?
Suspects? I believe they proved themselves guilty. The one that’s still alive needs to hang...immediately.
From my notes:
June 1988 Bella born.
July 1990 Ailina born.
March 2002 Papa (born June 1966 and married about 1984), Mama (born May 1967 in Dagestan) and Dzhokhar immigrate to US and seek political asylum. Tamerlan and sisters Bella and Ailina are left with Maret in Kyrgyzstan.
July 19, 2003 Maret brings Tamerlan, age 16, and his two younger sisters to the US.
2010 Sister Ailina divorces Elmirza Khozhugov and moves back in with Mama at her Cambridge triplex apartment.
April 19, 2013 - FBI interviews Ailina in her West New York, NJ apartment (google street view shows dumpy street with graffiti and boarded up windows) and remove a computer, cell phones, and several plastic bags of evidence (arrive morning and leave 4:30pm). Ailina hasnt seen the brothers for years and the family hasnt met her husband because they dont approve of him not being muslim. West New York police seal off her neighborhood and posts a 24 hr. guard. One policeman brings her baby formula. Friend, Vicki Colon, of Passaic, says Alina feared Tamerlan because he used to beat her. FBI interviews the sisters previous landlord who reports they moved out in Jan. for not paying rent and noise and fighting complaints on Bella and boyfriend Ahmad Khalil. Dec. 2012 - police are called to their apt. and arrests Bella for domestic abuse against Khalil and Khalil arrested for large amount of marijuana.
Wait, the police responded to a domestic violence report in December. Did the sister live with her boyfriend? I thought they had to be married first. Hmm. Cling to the religious tenets when it’s convenient, I guess. As when you want to blow up Americans.
Exactly. We allow in the least desirable and discourage those we should embrace. Our immigration policy since 1964 has been either a wicked plan to intentionally undermine our Republic or it is a by-product of political correctness which achieves the same destructive effects.
Typical DNC family.
This illegal drug industry is part of the welfare culture. You get the basics on the taxpayer’s dime and make tax free money in the underground economy. The illegal drug industry is a huge money maker. I read one account of a crack dealer who made $45,000 tax free money a month. Of course, there are other things going on in the underground economy like human trafficking, stolen goods, and firearms. The black market derives it success from the dynamics of supply-demand economics. I will cover the illegal drug industry.
In the matter of illegal drugs, decriminalization and legalization seems to be a way to increase supply and lower the price which would lower the incentive towards make a living pushing drugs. This would reduce the associated crime that takes such a heavy toll on society. Would this decrease in drug crime be offset by the health costs of drug use? We do know, because of supply-demand economics, drugs would became cheaper and there would be a rise in users. It is hard to predict with the limited data what that increase would be and the associated health costs.
Fortunately, a number of countries and states like Colorado and Washington are going towards legalization. This provides an opportunity to evaluate the results through scientific analysis. In the case of Colorado and Washington, an evaluation of the effects of legalizing just marijuana to see if it would increase the use of other drugs as the population of marijuana users increased. Perhaps the information from these experiments would pave the way towards eliminating the illegal drug black market.
