A fine example of a country that has turned itself into wusses. The USA is rapidly going that way.

Folks need to go to the City council,write the newspapers & basically accuse the cops of cowardice & make it a endless drumbeat . Nothing but public insult & ridicule to the police .
Shrewd and smart. Asking the guilty parties to behave is a waste of time, but they know the victims will tug their forelocks and say “Yes sir! Right away sir!” if squeezed, so they need not take a hit in profit.
