Claim: IRS May Still Be Targeting Conservatives
Breitbart's Big Government ^ | May 26, 2013 | Tony Lee

Though the White House has insisted the IRS stopped formally targeting Tea Party and conservative organizations in May of 2012, two attorneys representing conservative organizations have claimed the IRS's targeting may still be ongoing.

Jay Sekulow of the American Center for Law and Justice (ACLJ) and Cleta Mitchell, the attorney representing True the Vote, have evidence their clients are still being targeted.

According to National Review, Sekulow "plans to file suit in federal court in the coming weeks on behalf of more than two dozen conservative groups that claim their harassment at the hands of the nation’s tax authority continued long past the White House’s purported end date."

At least ten organizations the ACLJ is representing still have not received their determination letters. National Review notes the Albuquerque Tea Party applied for 501(c)(4) status in December of 2009 while Linchpins of Liberty applied in January 2011. Both organizations still have not received their letters.

Sekulow told the publication that "to suggest this tactic ended a year ago is not only offensive, but it is simply inaccurate as well.” He said the White House's timeline of events "simply does not square with the facts."

True the Vote, the nonprofit that trains workers to find and report voting fraud, is waiting for approval as a tax-exempt organization three years after initially filing its application with the IRS....

They need to find out the individuals involved in sue them personally. Bankrupt these people before putting them in prison.

Of course they will. Why wouldn’t they? It was successful for the purpose it was intended for and there is very little in the way of consequence.

“They will sacrifice a few flunkies and go right ahead with their Chicago politics.”

It is long past time to sacrifice a few Chicago flunkies and get on with America, the right way.

The damage has been done. There are millions that will no longer donate to conservative groups any longer.

The trust in the system is gone. You can’t get it back.

Of course they are. As long as someone like Holder is running the DOJ, who is going to stop them. That’s their job. They work for Barry now.

Approval, hell! If they are trying to prevent voter fraud they're lucky to still be alive.

A few HUGE hints 0bama doesn't give a CRAP about the fact these scandals have been exposed, or will do anything to stop them: HE HASN'T EVEN SO MUCH AS REPRIMANDED ANY OF THE PLAYERS!

As a matter of fact, the night before the most recent Benghazi hearing, Susan Rice was given a 'Great American' Award. And then, Lois Lerner allegedly 'refused to resign'.. WELL THEN, OBAMA.. FIRE HER AZZ. Oh no, paid leave (SIX FIGURE PAY) is her 'punishment'. What a JOKE.

The coup of 2008 will march FORWARD, as well as the scandals.

Obama’s IRS rigged the election of 2012 by preventing tea party groups from getting started. And the IRS is still doing it all set to rig the election of 2014

"The damage has been done. There are millions that will no longer donate to conservative groups any longer."

That's not damage; that's a feature. Mission accomplished regardless of court action. Obama and Holder score again.

WE HAD ALL better grab hold of John Boehner by phone, email, letter, WHATEVER (to the Tea Party groups and everyone else, it's time to stand up, protest in mass in front of his offices in Ohio and in DC, hit the phones and keep CALLING) to do the right thing and appoint a special investigator, a special committee who will have the balls to do their jobs and nail these bastards. According to Mark Levin, Boehner is weak and not too bright, and he is the one refusing to do HIS job and make these appointments. Boehner’s afraid of how he/Republican Party will be viewed by the press/public if he goes against Oboma, and he refuses to make the moves that will allow justice to be done. What a traitor to the USA he is, what a weak man, a man who only cares for himself. Hey, John, is your wife proud of you, you kids, would your parents have been proud of you and how you patriotically responded to the the dire needs of this country by swallowing your fears and finding that core of strength within you AND standing up to the enemy, doing your job for the love of your country and for which it stands? How do you want history and your family to remember you, John? Do you want them to remember you as the weak man who makes with the “big shot” talk and “we're going to do something about this” and instead sells out his county for political/monetary gain? You're no less a Judas, a traitor for what you WILL NOT DO.

No, John, you're no Ted Cruz, Rand Paul, Mike Lee, Trey Gowdy, Louie Ghomert, patriots all to name just a few, who stand up, speak out and FIGHT. BUT, you can be, with the support and admiration of We the People standing behind you. This is YOUR World War II, John, and can you hold your head high and say you fought and did your best..remember, others gave their lives so that you and I can live under the Constitution. No one’s demanding that you “shed your blood”...we're demanding that you DO YOUR JOB, that you DO THE RIGHT THING, and stand up and speak out and ACT against this socialist enemy in OUR White House. You have the position and the power to do so, but can your love of your country trump your apparent cowardice and dereliction of duty? We're waiting, John, and time is fast running out. Either you will be known in the history books as a coward, a traitor, a man who valued political gain more than his country, OR you will be spoken of as a man of honor and courage who did his duty, stood up for his country and made his father, his mother, his wife and children proud, and himself worthy of the appreciation and support of We the People.

It's up to you, John. Look back to the our Founding Fathers, to all patriots who gave their all in the founding and defense of this country. They did their part, and now it's time for you to do the same.

These guys in Cincinnati have to be shaking a bit. They aren’t making $150k a year in salary. When the prosecution guys or the congressional demands to appear occur....they have to hire real attorneys and watch their life savings go down the drain. It’ll take less than a week for them to wake up and realize they might have to pay $100k in legal fees to avoid jail, and we aren’t even at the civil court level yet in actions that might occur. I would imagine a fair number of folks with enough time in to retire, will leave that office....even if they weren’t involved in the episode. Fear and consequences will worry them too much.
