Yes, the Communist goad were read into the Congressional Record in 1963; and no, no-one put a stop to it, which is why the gay manifesto is also so alarming. Congress is made aware of a number of conservative concerns and almost never takes timely action because of outcry and pressure from left-wing liars, the leftist media making opposition, and leftwing lawsuits from groups like the ACLU.

Just to be clear, the Congressional Record is a daily newspaper printed by the Government Printing Office that contains every word said and documents presented in sessions of Congress, so that all the business of We the People can be publicized or researched.
