The law suits haven't happened yet, but you know they were coming. That is how the homos work, litigate until you can no longer afford to fight. This is my opinion, and based on my perceptions. Take it for what it is worth.

Sounds like a rather nebulous danger with the USSC (for now) standing for where they were. They have put themselves in worse jeopardy now for the gay scout okay gay scoutmaster not ok position.
