This is a hate document. Use of announcements like this can result in confrontation conflict injury and worse. Why? So insane gays think they can get at our sons. Rule one: get your son out of scouts; Rule two: observe who their friends are; Rule three: teach moral values in the home.
I agree it is a hate document.
I suspect the author would have claimed it is parody of a hate document, much as Rush Limbaugh often uses exaggeration of supposed conservative positions to make a point.
Everybody is entitled to decide whether this is really the case, or if this is an actual position hiding behind a parodic mask.
