Now will he man up, and authorize the issuing and carrying of sidearms in public?

So military personnel must now hide who they are in their own country, for fear of enraging the nice Muslims. Who's winning here?

Yeah, stick your heads in the sand and the problem might just go away on its own...

Positive move.
But, its just not the UK that has problems dealing realistically with Islam. In the US, the so called conservative GOP has many pro-Islamic types, especially fundraiser Grover Norquist (who is a supporter of groups tied to Islamic Terrorism). Even GW Bush many times used the Dhimmi phrase “Islam is a Religion of Peace”
Until we deal with Islamics realistically... we will always have problems with Islamic Terrorism

The victim wasn’t even in uniform.
Here in the states I would have no problem with seeing military people armed and in uniform going about their daily business.

Hmm, is that why terrorism is defeated? I’m not sure we should listen to people like Cameron on this issue.

Wow! Color me shocked! I thought the ban on wearing uniforms was cowardly and suggestive of a victory by the jihadists! Maybe things will start to change...?

Wear your uniform with pride and carry a sidearm because you are at war.
Obama just announced he is tired of it all so the war is yours. Defense is your responsibility. He is getting ready for vacation....if there are any funds left.

It's really sickening to think that some in the UK think that the soldier's uniforms (!!!) are the problem here. Are we supposed to believe that uniforms are so provocative that poor, innocent Muslims just can't help themselves and attack? Seems a bit like blaming a woman's good looks for her being raped.
Until people get their heads out of the PC sand and acknowledge that multiculturalism is the problem, not uniforms, not guns, not knives, nor anything else, nothing will improve.
