Lois Lerner, the Internal Revenue Service’s director of exempt organizations, has been placed on administrative leave, according to a source in the agency’s Cincinnati office.

Lerner on Thursday afternoon sent an e-mail to employees in the exempt organizations division she oversees stating, “Due to the events of recent days, I am on administrative leave starting today. An announcement will be made shortly informing you who will be acting while I am on administrative leave. I know all of you will continue to support EO’s mission during these difficult times.” She concluded, “I thank you for all your hard work and dedication,” adding, “The work you do is important.”

I am sure it is leave with pay because she is still playing for Team Kenya. He lawyer is with the same law firm as the WH counsel. The WH is orchestrating everything.

Does this mean she can’t testify? She wasn’t scheduled for another 11 days, but does this mean never?

She can still testify. Placing her administrative leave doesn't excuse her from a Congressional subpoena.

She’s the key to the whole show.

I think the keys are above her. Shulman, Miller, Treasury Dept. counsel, WH stooges, etc. Those are the people who were calling the shots and making this thug policy.

Being on vacation can be risky. I hope she doesn’t engage in any dangerous, life threatening activities... like testifying before Congress.

I think most leftists now see this as war. The expect casualties and aren’t afraid of self-sacrifice. When they cease getting their way through culture and politics, they will murder their opponents.

It is the GOP that still sees this as just politics and are mostly just out for themselves.

On top of everything else this broad gets an extended paid vacation.

Paying her to do nothing worth every penny. Same would apply to just about everybody in the Obongo posse.

“Thanks for the link! I didn’t realize Obama had made so many pardons.”

It would be interesting to know what percentage were “Holder’s People.”

I know we all have hardships and ours is not different. But it infuriates me with what we are personally going through and I hear this crap, I want to scream. She has worked for well over thirty years with the government, way too long, her benefits have to be fantastic. She is probably ready for a fabulous retirement and she gets to have a paid vacation right up to her retirement day. She as lied, cheated, stonewalled and she wins.

Paid administrative leave.

Makes it easier for her to end up in Fort Marcy Park.

I’m new to this posting format, so please be patient. I have been researching IRS rules today after reading a posting on Powerline. Apparently she SHOULD be fired without pay—she has committed part of the “10 Dealy Sins”
Here are some applicable links:

This is the only post I found so far on the union’s site regarding 1203b as mentioned in the Powerline article:
