Being used to attack age of consent laws. I realized in the late 80s that once homosexuality had been properly shoved down our throats, pedophilia would be the next "taboo" to be normalized. On another thread about this two people supporting that age of consent laws were "stupid" got zotted. "So it's illegal one day and legal the next - stupid" etc. NAMBLA is rubbing it's collective hands in anticipation.

This was a 18yr old and a 14yr old. Certainly not optimum but its not the same as a 24 yr old teacher and a 14 yr old.

I agree that it shouldn't be normal or acceptable, but even in my very conservative county, we had a case not that long ago involving oral sex in a middle school bathroom. Several years before that, a cheerleader seduced an assistant football coach.
There are reasons why my daughter is in a Christian school. Every school has problems, including ours, but private schools can deal with them a lot more easily than public schools.
