It seems obvious that Miller, Lerner, and Shulman had been directed to delay any disclosure until after the election. Congress will be pouring through all of their e-mail to figure out where this directive came from.
I agree with that. It is the only logical conclusion you can reach based on their actions or, really, their in-actions.
