Court documents filed in 2011 surfaced earlier this week, show DOJ made a series of claims against Rosen in the course of seeking a search warrant for his personal emails. In an affidavit, FBI agent Reginald B. Reyes claimed there's evidence Rosen broke the law, "at the very least, either as an aider, abettor and/or co-conspirator."

Fox News attornies need to look into this.

DEFINITION To complete a form, record, or document without having performed the implied work or without supporting data or evidence. Pencil whipping an official document incurs jailtime.

As well, DOJ "falsifying" a govt document incurs 4-5 felonies and could involve forgery.

MEMO TO TEA PARTIERS Scrutinize all IRS documents. If the IRS falsified official documents, that usually involves about 4-5 felonies...... and could include forgery.

I urge Tea Party victims of the IRS to drop the logic----they need to factor in that they are dealing with cunning con artists. The Chi/mobsters in the WH have their con game down pat. These practiced WH con artists oozed out of the muck and mire of Chicago criminal politics and known every trick in the book.
