That was always the plan. The Senate Republicans in the Senate are too stupid to see the writing on the wall. The Senate passes the Bill, the House blocks it. Then Republicans are blamed as it was killed by the Pubbies in the House. Bingo-all sorts of new Dem voters.

might as well be blamed for a sheep as for a goat. worrying about being blamed is the last thing the GOP needs to do, because they’ll get ragged on by Dimdems anyhow.
