President Barack Obama called Oklahoma Gov. Mary Fallin on Monday to express his concern about a monstrous tornado that wreaked havoc in the Oklahoma City suburbs. The White House said Obama told the governor that he’s directed the government and the Federal Emergency Management Agency to provide any assistance she needs. FEMA has sent a special team to Oklahoma’s emergency operations center to help out and dispatch resources. The White House said Obama’s homeland security team is keeping him updated on the situation. The tornado flattened entire neighborhoods in the southern suburb of Moore with winds up to 200 mph, leaving buildings on fire and landing a direct blow to an elementary school.

I wonder if the President has ventured to read the vile and despicable posts by HIS supporters on sites all over the internet. I am heartbroken. I am also disgusted by the behavior of adults on the internet.
Children buried under the rubble of their elementary school and the supporters of President Obama are posting vile filth on the internet.
I’m beginning to think that the internet was the worst invention ever.

OH how I PRAY you are right on this. Rush seemed to disagree yesterday on his program.He feels that Obama is insulated enough that this will not affect him in the end.
He actually visited Tuscaloosa (and tied up emergency personell). He only did a fly-over on the rest of the area. I know, because AF1 and 2 jets flew over our house.
He should have saved the tax $$ and sent a check to the Governor!

I heard part of Zero’s announcement in my car this morning. He stated that he had met with his Homeland Security and Counter-Terrorism Adviser in the aftermath of the Moore tornado. Gee, I must have missed the news about Al Qaida developing some sort of weather control machine...
As another poster observed, I wonder how many Oklahomans will give him their back during his media op later this week. If Obama didn’t need the diversion from his many scandals, he wouldn’t even go to Oklahoma. Remember the Tennessee floods a few years back? More than 30 people died, and Barry couldn’t be bothered with making a trip to Nashville.
It was Hurricane Sandy (not Ike..that was Houston’s hurricane). They’re going to definitely try like h#ll to use this tragedy as a distraction from their abuses. I pray there is no photo op for 0 hugging Gov Fallin. I don’t see her hugging 0. She is no Krispie Kreme.

I’m thinking the Hussein Heads at the Weather Channel already have Hussein’s back. Last night, they kept talking about all the locals helping and how much the state is doing, not one word about Federal agencies or Hussein. They know how Hussein hates Republicans, and wouldn’t commit even Hussein’s attention to Oklahoma.
