This Administration continues to throw underlings under the bus. Some are not as fortunate as IRS' Miller who Obama "fired" with full retirement benefits on the pre-scheduled June 2nd retirement date. Some like Gregory Hicks who became Acting Ambassador in Libya are celebrated until they talk to Congress without Cheryl Mills' permission and are quickly demoted in shame. Patterns define this Administration over and over.
