Let's see...the President refocuses the DHS and FBI on looking at domestic groups....particularly right wing militias and Christian organizations.....as possible terrorist organizations....and just coincidently....other agencies implement similar strategy....
Yet we are supposed to believe this is all a result of a few rogue IRS agents...

I doubt a couple of IRS flunkies in Cincy haave the power to dispatch FBI, OSHA and DHS agents to harrass political enemies of the President. This was administration policy.
