Miller refuses to identify 'rogue' IRS employees who targeted conservatives

This is just outrageous - like the rest of Stephen Miller's testimony yesterday.

Reuters:

"Republicans have vowed to find out who was involved, but Miller did not provide much of a road map."

"Who is responsible for targeting these individuals?" asked Representative Kevin Brady, a Texas Republican.

"I don't have names for you," Miller responded.

"Republicans accused him of dodging their questions."

"I'm hearing, 'I don't know, I don't remember, I don't recall, I don't believe,'" said Representative Dave Reichert of Washington. "You don't even know who investigated the case, but yet you say it was investigated."

"Democrats seemed more inclined to accept Miller's explanation."

"Miller appeared to grow irritated over the course of the four-hour hearing, repeatedly interrupting questioners, flashing quizzical looks and shrugging his shoulders."

In other words, you numb nut politicians didn't ask the right questions.

Miller was virtually dripping with arrogance and contempt. His entire attitude and body language was,,,"i'm the commissioner of the IRS. who the hell do you think you are questioning what i do?"

So charge Miller. The threat of prison rape might loosen his tongue.

Just assume they’re all guilty and go from there.

It’s how the left operates. Turnabout is fair play.

This has to lead back to Obama. Tell Miller to stay away from Marcy Park. One can tell he’s on the verge of squealing.

They don’t dare name some underling as no bureaucrat does something without orders; probably in writing. If they try to burn somebody that somebody may have a CYA file. That somebody now has every reason to cooperate and name names and produce emails. The appropriate thing for Congress to do is threaten to burn the lower level people. You’ll see them come out of the woodwork then.

A radio or TV media station out of Cinncinnatti last night reported they were up to date of this scandal
They had interviewed four people who admitted they were involved. Reporter had checked out names with LEO. They confirmed

All four said they were doing what they had been instructed to do. Willingly gave the name of instructor

Reporter had been talking with Leo. Did not reveal names

Guess there are too many parks in Cinncy

They can’t hide the name forever and they don’t need to. Just until all the hard drives are replaced and the documents are shredded. Then we will get the name.

If Obama was a Republican, impeachment proceeding would already have begun.

When it comes to the IRS, the onus of innocence is upon the accused.

Deal with Miller the same way.

Charge him with contempt, fraud, conspiracy to commit fraud and whatever else can be thought of. Then let HIM PROVE that he is innocent.

“Miller refuses to identify rogue employees....”

The commissar speaks.

He used the word “obviously” in response to one of the representative’s questions.

A sure sign of someone who has been told that he’s a brilliant intellectual genius all of his life and worthy of doling out contempt and scorn to his inferiors.

Absolutely disgusting and amazing. (Bunch of arrogant punks with the apparently unbridled power to intimidate whomever they choose.)

An “apology” is not enough. An idictment might be sufficent.

IMHO

I believe Miller has been slipped in at the last minute to take the fall, with promises of something better in the future. It’s obvious this comes from the top, and I don’t mean Obama either, as I think he’s kept in the dark like a proverbial mushroom and trotted out to make remarks when it suits his handlers. Obama and Holder are not calling the shots, and it has never been so obvious. Follow the money.

You're expounding what I've been saying for awhile now. When in the HELL are they gonna get serious and INDICT people and start wielding the "sword of justice."

As long as there is NO PUNISHMENT or LOSS for what they do they will continue to do it.

Why isn’t this guy headed to prison? Just his arrogance should have gotten him time for contempt.

Miller is a lying SOB. If he truly doesn’t remember everything he said it’s a wonder he can find his office in the morning.
