NYT:Obama Administration Knew of IRS Scandal 5 Months Before Election [ Stolen Election ]
breitbart.com ^ | May 17 2013 | John Nolte

In no uncertain terms and with no hedging, The New York Times reports that the Obama Administration was aware of the fact that the IRS was targeting Tea Party groups as far back as June of 2012. The Treasury Department's Inspector General confirmed that he told senior Treasury officials in June of 2012, a full five months before Election Day:

The Treasury Department’s inspector general told senior Treasury officials in June 2012 he was investigating the Internal Revenue Service’s screening of politically active organizations seeking tax exemptions, disclosing for the first time on Friday that Obama administration officials were aware of the matter during the presidential campaign year.

We still don’t know for sure what the President knew or when he knew it, but this does confirm that the Administration was aware of the fact that Obama's political enemies were under fire by the IRS and covered that fact up during an election year.

It would have to take something extremely bold, like Romney personally suing Obama in the Supreme Court, to get standing.

Romney would have to show that he was severely damaged by Obama's abuses of power, and was unaware of how crippling it was to his ability to fairly compete.

Boehner is awful no doubt.

But in the big picture, a president cannot be allowed to be unscathed by treachery like this. It only encourages more of the same.

I refuse to think small-minded thoughts like “You really want BIDEN???” Or “You really want Boehner???”

This is much bigger than that. It’s time we did what is right for the sake of what’s right for a change, instead of such small-minded, here-and-now, me-me-me considerations.

Steve Miller was the acting director, but wasn't in thast position the entire time this was going on.

Lets go for the former director, who was in charge from the beginning.

The country has been in a constitutional crisis ever since the marxist, FDR, got into office.

There,fixed it.

USA has been a neo-marxist state since FDR

Amin. needs to be removed

By whom?

Some would say, and possibly correctly, that with what we have learned over the last month or so we have become a Banana Republic. I don't need to spell out how changes in power normally occur under those conditions.

Former director is scheduled to testify next week.

Miller has been harassing conservative organizations since the Clinton years.

"We are in a Constitutional crises. Obama, Biden and Holder must be force ably removed"

The country has been in a Constitutional crisis since 01.20.2009, when a non "natural born Citizen" was sworn into office (twice).

This is much bigger than that. It’s time we did what is right for the sake of what’s right for a change, instead of such small-minded, here-and-now, me-me-me considerations.

This is unprecedented.

The "normal" thinking, meaning following the rules of succession should Obama be forced out of office, still rewards the original crime since somebody other than Romney will be in the White House. Democrats should NOT be allowed to benefit from ill-gotten gains.

The problem here is one of timing. The nature of fraud is that time passes before the original fraud is discovered, and it is often to late to remedy the originally damaged party, in this case, Romney.

That's why I suggested that an answer lies in section 3 of the 20th Amendment. Congress can declare in hindsight (not ex post-facto), that it is only now obvious that the President-elect failed to qualify, as did the Vice-President-elect, and therefore it falls to Congress to decide on who should be president.

I can see Congress going several ways on this:

1. Laugh it off the table. This will be Harry Reid's position. However, it will be hard to laugh away the 50 million votes that Romney received, next to the zero votes that any other candidate might claim to represent.

2. Follow the rules of succession. If not Biden, then Boehner. Like with the first option, Romney's 50 million votes is the elephant in the room.

3. Pass legislation declaring that Romney is chosen by Congress, via powers in the 20th amendment, to become president. This will have the support of the 50 million who did vote for Romeny.

4. Pass legislation declaring that someone else is chosen by Congress, via powers in the 20th amendment, to become president. They would have to make a strong case as to whom this person is and why they are preferred over the harmed candidate in the 2012 election.

5. Name an interim president via the 20th amendment and call for a new election in 2014 for a permanent president to finish the term. Not likely, as it is too expensive.

I don’t think Benghazi has legs.

I could be wrong, a lot of guys have called me an Obama stooge over it, but I don’t see it.

The domestic stuff can get him out.

I have a hard time believing this all started from the bottom. I am led to believe it all started with directions from the top.

The way this administration is portraying this is that it started with some low-level employees and worked it way up the chain of command. Where it very well could have came from the top first and worked it way down to those that would carry it out.

We won't know if Benghazi has legs or not until we find out where Obama was during the period of 5:00PM to 5:00AM on 9/12.

Socialist governments have killed more of their own citizens in the past century than they have killed otherwise. All of the crimes were preceded by gun control laws being imposed. Napolitano is buying bullets not only to shoot rebellious citizens but to keep ammunition out of the hands of those who would oppose them.

Regardless we are in a fix. We cannot let this stand, and if it is allowed, The Republic is dead. If we oust them, the part of the country that voted for him will set the country on fire.

Dear Lord, give us strength.
