Cincinnati is not just a small local office. My husband told me it is one of the major IRS centers in the USA and one of the places where payments and returns from overseas corporations and individuals file their returns.

The IRS is actually across the river in Covington, Kentucky. The airport's in Kentucky, too.
During an employment drought, I applied for temporary job at the IRS. The building is enormous and must be seen to be appreciated.
