When was the last time Penn executed anybody anyway?

From Wikipedia: A total of 3 individuals convicted of murder have been executed by the commonwealth of Pennsylvania since 1976. All were executed by lethal injection, and in all three cases, they waived their appeals and asked that the execution be carried out. July 1999 was the last one. Tom Ridge was the guv.
