Kermit Gosnells attorney Jack McMahon is curiously blaming the media for todays conviction of the abortion practitioner on three counts of murder related to abortion-infanticides.
He said he was confident in the legal system but blamed The baby factor for the convictions. He also blamed the media, which is odd given the stunning lack of attention it gave to the Gosnell murder trial over the last several weeks.
The media has been overwhelmingly against [Gosnell], he told reporters.
Still, McMahon applauded the jury for taking its job seriously: They didnt just come down kneejerk and find him guilty of everything, this jury, five murder counts were not guilty, so they obviously took their job seriously.
McMahon was previously furious over a Fox News special report that presented an hour-long backgrounder on Gosnell and his abortion business, as well as the charges he faced in the murder trial. McMahon claims the special was designed to sway members of the jury, even though jurors have been instructed to not watch or read any media coverage. Later, none of the jurors said they saw the special.
If we only coulda gotten the jury to see that babies aren’t human beings, they wouldn’t have convicted my client.
BS the Man if you can call the bastard that, learned to love to kill life! IT became an obssession!
The baby factor? What the heck does that mean? That people have soft hearts toward babies and it got the murderer condemned to prison?
Justice, man. Live. With. It.
Yes, because the media’s so heavily slanted against libs and lib sacred elephant causes like “reproductive rights”. Moron.
Yeah, ya' can't let those troublesome obligate parasites get in the way, can ya'? Damn babies!
Baby factor, Onyx Baby factor!!!!
It’s rough when you make a career out of murdering babies and people find out about it.
Media? Which network?
He could have saved himself a lot of grief if he had followed Pennsylvania’s abortion laws (or maybe he just didn’t care — that’s probably it).
We need more state legislatures to simply define life as beginning at conception.
No more if this classic “viable child” crap (being able to survive outside the mother)
Then, and only then, would courts have to balance the right to life against the mother’s so-called right to choose.
McMahon to Gosnell: “Not my fault. Here’s my bill. Good luck.”
OK, who’s running the pool to see how long it is before they play the race card? I want the 0800 hrs on Tuesday spot.
You mean the same media that ignored the trial?
