So whaddya suggest for cinco de mayo, lox and bagels?

Everybody drinks green beer & guinness on st. Paddys day, followed up by corned beef and cabbage. Do people of Irish descent get all worked up about these stereotypes? in short, no. (personally, I don't mind the stereotypes at all- especially if you're buying a round or two for me)

Exactly.

My Jewish friends are not offended by lox and bagels. My Irish friends are not offended by beer and corned beef. etc.

So what, exactly, is offensive about tacos and tequila? Are you ashamed of your heritage? Of your food?

I think we should re-name cinco de mayo to St Patricks Day II and drink green beer then as well.

Two for the Irish and none for thee... sounds like the beginning of a great toast!
